Tadeusz has read more medical billing records than any other lawyer here. He reviews health-care reports, usually with a coding consultant at his elbow, and says early whether a pattern is fraud or just aggressive billing.
He joined the firm after a long career in civil litigation, and now reviews reports from billing staff, coders, nurses and administrators at hospitals, clinics, labs and home-health agencies.
He declines more reports than he takes, and writes the reasons down for the person who brought them.
