Privacy
This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it. It covers the site only, not what you tell a lawyer once the firm represents you.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type, and the way you ask to be reached. We do not ask for your employer's name. The site also records basic technical information, such as the pages visited and the type of browser, to keep it working.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you and to decide whether the firm can help. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising to others.
Who sees it
Lawyers and staff at the firm, and the service providers that host the site and deliver its email. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Messages are sent over an encrypted connection and held on access-controlled systems. No website is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential details or documents through this site, and use a personal device and email address.
Your choices
You can ask the firm to correct or delete a message you sent, subject to what the law requires it to keep. Write to the address in the footer.
